My name is Molly Martin and I am a Columbia University educated therapist/social worker specializing in trauma-informed and integrative therapy

Do you feel "put together" on the outside, but burdened by past and present painful experiences, chronic stress, and anxiety on the inside? I am here for you. As a relational and attachment-based therapist, I will help you explore how your emotions influence the ways you connect to yourself, others and the world around you.

Our work together will integrate emotion, nervous system regulation and somatic/body-based techniques to aid in creating change driven by authenticity and self-compassion

Reach Out Today!

My hope is that together, we can form a relationship built with trust, warmth, humor and care. I specialize in working with individuals around anxiety/OCD, trauma/cPTSD, perfectionism/overachieving, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships. I also specialize in couples therapy using an attachment-based, EFT approach to support couples with working through relationship and communication stressors.
